To measure our service quality and continuously improve your transfer experience, we send a personalised survey invitation to our guests. This survey allows our guests to share their experiences both with us and with our future passengers.
Taking Part in the Survey
- Automatic Invitation: 24 hours after the transfer service is completed, an email is sent to our guests providing direct access to the survey.
- Sender Information: Emails are sent under the name “AYT Guest Survey”.
- Access: The invitation email is sent only to the person who made the booking.
Publishing Reviews
We share guest reviews on our website to provide new passengers with a transparent insight into our service quality. We also display the overall satisfaction rate of guests who recommend us within our system.
We carefully review feedback not only regarding the general service but also concerning vehicle comfort and driver performance. We reward drivers who receive high satisfaction scores and update our vehicle standards in light of these reviews.
With our guests’ consent, reviews are published using a selected short name. To ensure reviews remain up to date, the month the transfer took place is added to the text.
