What happens after I complete my booking?
You’ll receive your confirmation email shortly. Your driver’s details and pickup instructions will be sent to you 12 hours before your transfer.
Where will I meet my driver?
For airport-to-hotel transfers, your driver will be waiting at the arrivals exit with a sign displaying your name. For hotel-to-airport transfers, your driver will be waiting at your hotel’s main entrance at your pickup time.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. If it’s delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time to match your actual arrival. There are no extra fees for flight delays.
Will anyone else be travelling in my vehicle?
No. Every transfer is private. The vehicle is yours for the entire journey. You won’t share it with anyone outside your group.
Is the price per person?
No. Our prices are per vehicle, not per person. If you’re travelling with family or a group, it’s often cheaper than taking a shuttle. Our Mercedes Sprinter minibuses seat up to 16 people, so you can all travel together and arrive at the same time.
Where can I find my booking details?
You can find your booking details on the My Booking page using your reference number and email address. Your driver’s details will appear there 12 hours before your transfer.
Are the transfer prices fixed?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. It includes VAT, taxes, tolls, free waiting time, flight monitoring, and meet & greet. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Are child seats available?
Yes. One child seat and one booster seat are included for free. You can add them during your booking. Need more? Just let us know and we’ll get your vehicle ready.
