How far in advance should I book?
You must book at least 24 hours in advance via our website. For last-minute bookings (less than 24 hours), please contact us via WhatsApp for immediate availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I enter my flight number correctly?
Please enter your full flight number including both letters and numbers (e.g., LH191). Entering only the numbers (e.g., 191) is incorrect.
Providing an accurate flight number is essential for our real-time flight tracking. If the flight number is incorrect, we cannot monitor delays, which may result in service disruptions or missed pickups.
How will I know my transfer is confirmed?
Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reference number and all transfer details.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact our support team at support@aytairporttransfer.com or via WhatsApp for assistance.
How can I book a return transfer?
To secure your journey back to the airport, simply click the “Add Return” button on the booking form while making your initial booking. This allows you to manage all your travel details in a single booking for a stress-free holiday.
Which pick-up time should I select for my transfer?
For airport-to-hotel transfers, please enter your flight’s scheduled arrival time (local time).
For hotel-to-airport transfers, enter the time you would like to be picked up. To ensure a smooth check-in process, we recommend a pick-up time that allows you to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight departure. Please consider the estimated travel time, traffic, and potential road conditions.
For example: If your flight departs at 14:00 (local time), you should be at the airport by 11:00. If your transfer journey takes 1 hour, your pick-up time should be set to 10:00.
How do I book a transfer?
To start, select your destination, flight date, and the number of passengers in the search form, then click the “Continue” button.
The booking process then consists of 4 simple steps:
- Select your vehicle
- Enter flight details
- Enter passenger details
- Pay securely and complete
After completing the booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us shortly.
What is the passenger capacity of the vehicles?
The maximum passenger capacity for each vehicle class is clearly displayed on the booking form. Please ensure you select a vehicle that accommodates all passengers, including children and infants.
For safety and legal reasons, our drivers cannot carry more passengers than the licensed capacity of the vehicle.
What if I am travelling with children?
Every child, regardless of age, is counted as a passenger. Please ensure you include them when entering the total number of passengers during booking.
One child seat and one booster seat are provided free of charge.
What is the luggage capacity of the vehicles?
A standard piece of luggage is defined as a medium suitcase, approximately 65 cm high and 45 cm wide.
The maximum luggage capacity for each vehicle category is clearly displayed next to the suitcase icon during the booking process. Please take this into account when choosing your vehicle to ensure all items fit securely in the trunk.
What if I have non-standard luggage?
If you are traveling with special luggage (e.g., bicycles, pushchairs, wheelchairs, oversized suitcases, golf clubs, etc.), please specify this in the “Notes for the driver” field during your booking. Providing this information in advance helps us ensure the vehicle is suitable for your specific needs.
Do you accept pets?
Yes. We accept small dogs, cats, and other small pets that fit comfortably in a carrier. Please specify that you will be traveling with a pet in the “Notes for the driver” field during your booking.
How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking from the My Booking page. Once you have logged in with your reference number and email address, click the “Cancel Booking” button at the bottom of the page.
Please note that all cancellations are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy regarding notice periods.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
Yes. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund.
For cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the service, a 50% refund is issued. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.
How can I change my booking?

How can I make a payment?
You can make your payment securely during the booking process on our website using your credit card. All transactions are processed under the guarantee of iyzico, ensuring the highest level of payment security.
Is the price per vehicle or per passenger?
All prices listed on our website are per vehicle. The maximum passenger capacity is specified for each vehicle class during the booking process.
Do I have to pay an extra fee for waiting?
No. We monitor your flight in real-time, and there are no extra charges for flight delays. For airport pickups, our drivers will wait until you exit the terminal. For hotel or private address pickups, please ensure you are ready at the scheduled time to avoid any delays.
Where will I meet my driver?
For your Antalya Airport (AYT) transfer, your driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals exit gate, holding a name sign with your name on it. This exit is located after you pass through passport control and the baggage reclaim area.
For hotel-to-airport transfers, your driver will meet you directly at the hotel entrance at the scheduled time.
How can I contact my driver?
You will receive your driver’s contact details and vehicle information via email 12 hours before your scheduled transfer.
If your booking is made less than 12 hours in advance, these details will be sent to you as soon as your driver is assigned.
I cannot find my driver. What should I do?
If you cannot locate your driver at the meeting point, please double-check for the name sign with your name on it. If you still cannot find your driver, please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp.
