2. Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the mutual rights and responsibilities related to bookings made through AYT Airport Transfer:

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are considered confirmed once a Confirmation Email has been sent to you. The accuracy of the provided details (flight number, time, and date) is the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Terms

Payments are made directly to the driver in cash (EUR, USD, GBP, or TRY) at the end of the transfer journey, with no prepayment required. Prices confirmed at the time of booking are fixed and include services such as parking fees, meet & greet, and flight tracking.

Cancellation and Changes

Customers may cancel or modify their reservations free of charge via the My Booking page or through our contact channels (WhatsApp or email). To avoid disruption to vehicle planning, we kindly ask that cancellations be made as early as possible.

Vehicle Standards

Vehicle images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The vehicle assigned on the day of service may not be identical to the image shown, but it will always be of the same category, comfort level, and well-maintained standard.

Flight Delays

Your flight is monitored live by our team. No additional charges apply for waiting time caused by flight delays. However, in the event of a flight number change or cancellation, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us.

Luggage and Passenger Capacity

The passenger capacity and luggage limits specified at the time of booking must be respected. In cases of unusual luggage (such as bicycles or golf bags), prior notification is required.
