These terms and conditions outline the legal relationship between AYT Airport Transfer and our customers. They define the rules, responsibilities, and standards governing our transfer services to ensure a transparent and professional experience.

Parties

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Agency. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

  • The Agency: Refers to Medidora Health Travel Agency, a registered member of TÜRSAB (License No: 18276), trading as AYT Airport Transfer (Registered Trademark No: 2025 021644).
  • The Customer: Refers to the individual or legal entity who makes a booking and completes the payment through the website.
  • The Passenger: Refers to any individual travelling in the vehicle provided by the Agency.

Payment and Pricing

bookings made via the website are reviewed by our operations team. A booking is deemed confirmed only when a Booking Confirmation is sent to the Customer’s email address shortly after the review.

Credit card payments made through the website are processed under the guarantee of iyzico, one of Turkey’s leading payment institutions.

VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the specified service fees. Quoted prices also include fuel, airport parking fees, and “Meet & Greet” services. Payments are collected in the currency selected during the booking process.

Vehicles

All vehicle images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual vehicle provided on the day of service may differ in colour, model year, or interior configuration from the images shown.

While the specific vehicle may vary, the Agency guarantees that the assigned vehicle will always be of the same category (or higher), meeting our strict standards for maintenance, cleanliness, and comfort.

Passenger and Luggage Capacity

The maximum passenger and luggage capacity for each vehicle type is clearly stated during the booking process. The Customer is responsible for selecting a vehicle that appropriately fits their group size and luggage volume.

The Agency reserves the right to refuse service if the number of passengers or the amount of luggage exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle (e.g., booking a 6-seater for 8 passengers). In such cases, if the service cannot be performed due to the Customer’s incorrect selection, no refund will be issued.

Notification is strictly required during booking for bulky or non-standard items such as bicycles, golf bags, wheelchairs, or strollers. Failure to declare such items in advance may result in the Agency being unable to accommodate the transfer, with no liability for refunds.

Waiting Time and No-Show

We monitor your flight in real-time. Whether your flight is on time or delayed, we do not charge any extra fees for waiting. We understand that airport procedures (passport control and luggage reclaim) can take time during peak seasons; therefore, our drivers will wait until you exit the terminal.

We offer flexible waiting times for departures from hotels or private addresses. However, Customers are expected to be ready at the scheduled time to ensure operational efficiency and avoid delays for subsequent transfers.

A booking is classified as a “No-Show” only if the Agency cannot reach the Customer via the provided contact details and the Customer does not appear at the meeting point within a reasonable timeframe after the flight has landed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation and Refund

  • More than 24 hours notice: If the Customer requests a cancellation up to 24 hours before the commencement of the service, the full service fee paid will be refunded.
  • Between 12 and 24 hours notice: For cancellation requests made between 12 and 24 hours before the commencement of the service, 50% of the service fee will be refunded.
  • Less than 12 hours notice: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service. The same cancellation terms shall apply to any date changes requested by the Customer.

Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment. The refund process is completed within 7 to 14 business days from the approval of the request, depending on bank procedures. Bank commissions and administrative fees incurred during refund transactions shall be borne by the Customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Child Seats and Safety

As part of our commitment to safety, the Agency provides one (1) child seat and booster seat free of charge per booking. It is the Customer’s responsibility to select the correct seat type (Infant, Child, or Booster) during the booking process.

Vehicle Rules

For the safety and comfort of all passengers and the driver, smoking (including e-cigarettes) and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles at all times.

Limitation of Liability

In cases of circumstances beyond the Agency’s control (force majeure, technical failure, adverse weather, accidents), an alternative vehicle will primarily be provided. If we cannot provide a vehicle:

  • The Customer may arrange their own transportation. In this case, the original service fee will be refunded.
  • Limit of Liability: The Agency’s liability is strictly limited to the price difference between the transfer services. Indirect losses, including but not limited to missed flights, accommodation costs, or event tickets, are outside the scope of the Agency’s liability.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Turkish Law. Antalya Courts and Execution Offices are authorised for any disputes arising from this Agreement.
