Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service Provider: Medidora Health Travel Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”)
Consumer: Refers to the individual or legal entity who makes a booking and completes the payment through the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
2. Subject
This Agreement governs the terms of service delivery, cancellations and refunds regarding the private transfer service purchased by the Customer through the Agency’s website.
3. Service Delivery
All bookings made via the website are reviewed by the operations team, after which a booking confirmation is sent to the Customer’s email address shortly.
The service is deemed to have commenced when the transfer vehicle is present at the designated meeting point (airport terminal exit or hotel entrance) at the date and time specified in the booking confirmation. The driver will pick up the Customer from the meeting point and transport them to the specified destination.
4. Payment
Credit card payments made through the website are processed under the guarantee of iyzico, one of Turkey’s leading payment institutions.
When purchasing services by credit card, the Customer is obliged to pay the service fee at the time of booking. VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the specified service fees. Payments are collected in the currency selected during the booking process.
5. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
If the Customer requests a cancellation up to 12 hours before the commencement of the service, the full service fee paid will be refunded. For cancellation requests made less than 12 hours before the commencement of the service, 50% of the service fee will be refunded. The same cancellation terms shall apply to any date changes requested by the Customer.
The Agency may cancel the booking if it determines that the information provided by the Customer during the booking is incorrect.
The Agency may contact the Customer in advance to confirm the booking. If such calls or emails are not answered by the Customer, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking.
6. Refund Process
Refunds are made to the credit card or bank account used for the original payment. The refund process is completed within 7 to 14 business days from the approval of the request, depending on bank procedures.
Bank commissions and operational transaction costs (admin fees) incurred during refund transactions shall be borne by the Customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
7. Service Disruptions and Liability
In cases where the service cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond the Agency’s control (technical failure, adverse weather conditions, traffic accidents, etc.), an alternative vehicle will primarily be provided. If an alternative vehicle cannot be provided:
- The Customer may arrange their own transportation. In this case, the service fee paid to the Agency will be refunded to the Customer.
- If the new transportation cost arranged by the Customer is higher than the amount paid to the Agency, the reasonable price difference will be covered by the Agency upon the presentation of a valid invoice.
Limitation of Liability: The Agency’s liability is strictly limited to the price difference between the transfer services. Indirect damages such as flight tickets, accommodation, event participation, and any other direct or indirect losses resulting from such disruptions are outside the scope of the Agency’s liability.
8. Validity
This Agreement is deemed to have entered into force from the moment the Customer makes a booking on the website. The Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
Antalya Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for any disputes arising from this Agreement. The Parties agree to primarily seek a settlement through reconciliation for the resolution of any dispute.
