How far in advance should I book?
You must book at least 24 hours in advance. If you have less time, please contact us for an urgent booking. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I enter my flight number correctly?
You must enter your flight number using both letters and numbers. For example, LH191 is a complete flight number. Entering only 191 is incorrect.
If you provide an incorrect flight number, your driver will not be able to track your flight.
How will I know my transfer is confirmed?
Once you have completed the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reference number and all transfer details.

How can I book a return transfer?
You can book your return transfer by clicking the “Add Return” button on the booking form.
Which pick-up time should I select for my transfer?
For airport-to-hotel transfers, you should enter your flight’s scheduled arrival time (local time).
For hotel-to-airport transfers, please enter the time you would like to be picked up from your hotel. To ensure a smooth check-in process at the airport, we recommend choosing a pick-up time that allows you to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight departure.
For example, if your flight departs at 14:00 (local time), you should be at Antalya Airport by 11:00. In this case, if your transfer journey takes 1 hour, the pick-up time should be set to 10:00.
How do I book a transfer?
Select your hotel or accommodation, flight date, and number of passengers. Then, click the “Continue” button.
The booking process consists of 4 simple steps:
- Select your vehicle
- Enter flight details and select optional extras
- Enter passenger details
- Confirm your booking
After completing the booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
What is the passenger capacity of the vehicles?
Each vehicle has its own capacity, which is displayed on the website. Please take this into account when selecting your vehicle during the booking process.
What if I am travelling with children?
Every child, regardless of age, is counted as a passenger. Please ensure you include them when entering the total number of passengers during booking.
You can select the type of child seat you require while entering your booking details. Please note that child seats are subject to an additional charge.
What is the luggage capacity of the vehicles?
A standard piece of luggage is defined as a “medium suitcase”. A medium suitcase is approximately 65 cm high and 45 cm wide.
The luggage capacity for each vehicle is shown next to the suitcase icon during the booking process. Please take this into consideration when choosing your vehicle.
What if I have non-standard luggage?
If you are travelling with non-standard luggage (e.g. bicycles, pushchairs, wheelchairs, oversized suitcases, golf clubs, etc.), please specify this in the “Notes for the driver” field during your booking.
How can I cancel my booking?
Go to the My Booking page. Once you have logged in with your reference number and email address, click the “Cancel Booking” button at the bottom of the page.

How can I change my booking?
To amend your booking, please contact our support team or send an email directly to support@aytairporttransfer.com.
How can I make a payment?
You can pay the driver in cash upon arrival at your destination.
Is the price per vehicle or per passenger?
All prices listed on our website are per vehicle. The maximum passenger capacity is specified for each vehicle class.
Do I have to pay an extra fee for waiting?
No. Your price includes free waiting time. Your driver will track your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly.
Where will I meet my driver?
For your Antalya Airport (AYT) transfer, your driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals exit gate. This exit is located after you pass through passport control and the baggage reclaim area. For hotel to airport transfers, your driver will meet you in the lobby.
Your driver will be holding a name sign with the name you provided during the booking process.
How can I contact my driver?
You will receive your driver’s contact details via email 24 hours before your scheduled transfer.
I cannot find my driver. What should I do?
If you cannot locate your driver at the meeting point, please double-check for the name sign with your name on it. The driver may not have noticed you passing by.
